The Mirrorcube

The ingenious design of this Treehotel room conceals your presence and allows you to dwell among the branches of stately pine trees in privacy. The glass exterior cleverly reflects its natural surroundings, making the room almost invisible and thus creating an idyllic retreat. The interior of the mirrored box, accessed by a wooden rope bridge, is spacious and light and offers almost a 360° panoramic vista. When you climb through the small door leading to the roof terrace, you almost feel that you are entering a magical world.

The Cabin

The sleek, box-shaped façade of the Cabin is constructed from engineered materials and hangs from a deck above. Evocative of a cabin, hence its name, the full-length windows of this Treehotel room provide you with fantastic prospects of the Luleå Valley and beyond. The observation deck is a great place to spend time appreciating the natural environment as you unwind and let the beams of the Midnight Sun wash over you.

Bird’s Nest

The giant Bird’s Nest perches in the scented trees as though it has always belonged there. Inspired by an eagle’s eyrie, the twig-like exterior hides small round windows which look out over the peaceful countryside. The Bird’s Nest can be reached by an electric ladder, making your stay here even more entertaining! Once inside this unique Treehotel room the circular layout coupled with a high-class contemporary décor, provides an inviting and cosy hideaway.

The Blue Cone

The exuberance of the Blue Cone certainly makes this room stand out from its backdrop of earthy colours. The Blue Cone’s name conflicts with its brightly coloured, orange walls that bear a resemblance to children’s building blocks and it emanates a real sense of fun. Each of the plastic windows of this Treehotel room offers striking views and you can sit back and look out over the tranquil Luleå River.

As children we dream of other worlds that are often seen in science fiction films. When you stay in the UFO Treehotel room you feel like you have just stepped into a futuristic scene as you approach the spaceship structure which contrasts with its natural environment. Inside, the living space is spread over different levels and offers a modern and relaxing sanctuary.

A ‘Room with a View’

This extraordinary Treehotel room is so-called because of its three individual aspects of the beautiful landscape. Each of its levels offers a different vista. From the bedroom you can watch the shafts of sunlight shine through the trees, the bathroom lets you admire the starlit skies and the dining room exhibits incredible views of the Luleå River. During the summer months you can enjoy a cool drink on the roof terrace that sits between the branches of the trees. The pine interior emits a warm atmosphere that imitates the wooded background.

Brittas Guesthouse

The delightful guesthouse is located just a short walk away from the Treehotel rooms and exudes a friendly, relaxed and hospitable ambience. There are 23 rooms available and each one is tastefully and individually decorated with a range of facilities. The Brittas Guesthouse lies within charming scenery and its bar, restaurant, sauna and spa are perfect for escaping the stresses of day to day life. Excellent local and freshly cooked food is served daily, offering Swedish delicacies such as reindeer, fish and elk, alternatively you can have a go at baking your own pizza. All guests staying in the Treehotel rooms can make use of the Brittas Guesthouse facilities.
